BPB Floyd House provides a structured residential environment for formerly incarcerated individuals with substance abuse issues referred by the Colorado Dept of Corrections, the Colorado Parole Office or other state and local law enforcement offices. An essential part of BPB Floyd House program is the School of Recovery and Self-Improvement (SORASI), a substance abuse counseling and treatment program. The Executive Director currently holds the highest license issued by the State of Colorado for substance abuse and DUI counseling.

The mission of the program is to help participants recognize the consequences of the use of alcohol or drugs; and to modify behaviors to avoid future alcohol and drug related problems and save lives.

Level I Education

This is a twelve (12) hours alcohol program with a minimum (2) day period, for adults, to understand the impacts of drug and alcohol use

Level II Education

Consist of (24) hours of an alcohol / drug education and therapy counseling program, with a minimum of 12 weeks not to exceed 2 hours per week

Level II Therapy

When Level II Therapy is required it follows Level II Education and can range in length from 5 to 10 months depending on the track assigned

Who We Are:

The BPB Floyd House Program will provide transitional housing and additional supportive services to its’ clientele upon their release from incarceration. The case management staff will guide the participants through the accessing process for additional supportive resources such as, job development and placement, transportation, food stamps, family reunification, educational resources,etc. including all facets again, related to their goal to become self reliant.
