Housing & Transitional Services
Securing stable, safe housing is often the most vital first step upon release.
Transitional & Sober Living Houses: Structured alcohol and drug-free environments that serve as a buffer between incarceration and independent living.
Rapid Re-housing & Rental Assistance: Programs that offer subsidies, emergency voucher programs, and security deposit assistance to individuals transitioning out of correctional facilities.
Permanent Supportive Housing: Combines long-term housing with ongoing case management for individuals with persistent mental health conditions, substance use disorders, or physical disabilities.
Peer Support & Mentorship
Lived-experience mentorship builds trust and offers non-judgmental guidance through systemic challenges.
Peer Supporter are individuals in sustained recovery who have been involved with the justice system. They provide navigation, emotional support, and accountability.
In-Facility and Post-Release Reentry Circles are peer-led support groups that focus on coping skills, goal setting, emotional self-regulation, and community integration.
