Jinnae is an Air Force veteran.

Jinnae is an expert in providing advisory services to executives, CEOs, and Human Resource leaders in areas such as performance management, succession planning, diversity and inclusion initiatives, and leadership development. She leverages best practices in organizational development (OD), adult learning theories, and change management to address both global and local needs within a multi-generational workforce.

Certified in a variety of personality assessments and leadership tools, including CPP, FIRO-B, 360 Feedback, Strength Deployment Inventory (SDI), Workplace DiSC, the Five Behaviors, MBTI, PROSCI Change Management, Behavioral-Based Interviewing (BBSI), and Generations in the Workplace, Jinnae also holds certifications in Diversity and Inclusion. As a John Maxwell Coach and International Speaker, she is committed to empowering leaders and organizations with the insights and strategies needed for success.

Jinnae has earned four college degrees, all aimed at honing her ability to make sound judgments and offer the best solutions to businesses in the areas of People Solutions, Leadership Development, and Employee Diversity, Inclusion, and Retention.
