Vincent is driven by a deep sense of urgency to create a community-based program that addresses and mitigates the destructive impact of rising gang activity and violence. He believes that our community will not change unless we invest in empowering our youth to resist the lure of gang involvement. All too often, it doesn't take much to see the destructive path many young people are on—one shaped by a lack of guidance and support.

Many of our youth struggle with low self-worth and a lack of self-respect. To combat this, Vincent emphasizes the importance of providing young people with access to a solid education, sustainable opportunities, and pathways to success. These efforts are not only critical to their future, but they also lay the foundation for them to become true leaders within the community. Through his programs, Vincent seeks to raise awareness, create positive opportunities, and offer structured activities that promote restorative justice and help young people build a brighter, more promising future.
