Mentors and coaches visit weekly to meet with individuals and small groups enrolled in the BPB program. They support participants by sharing their personal experiences and perspectives, helping them envision new possibilities. Mentors assist individuals in starting their reentry planning, setting goals, and developing the life skills needed to achieve them. BPB offers the training required to help mentors understand the criminal justice system and effectively guide participants through their journey.
